Description
Alucobond laminated panels consist of a sandwich panel, composed of two aluminium plates with a layer of mineral or artificial material between them. The sandwich material is rigid and highly resistant to shocks, impacts and pressure, and is highly resistant to bending, crushing and buckling. This resistance is due to the 0.5 mm outer sheets of Peraluman - 100. The thickness of the sheets in Alucobond is 3, 4 and 6 mm and in Alucobond A2 the thickness is 3 and 4 mm. The thermal linear expansion is 2.4 mm/m at a temperature difference of 100°K. The sound absorption coefficient is 0.05 for all board thicknesses.
The versatility of ALUCOBOND aluminium composite sheets is proven by their ease of installation and adaptability to a wide range of applications, offering architects and designers unlimited creative possibilities.
ALUCOBOND adapts perfectly to the contours of buildings. Formability, flatness, stability and weather resistance are the main characteristics of these aluminium composite slabs. Due to the composite structure, ALUCOBOND panels can be made in many shapes. Due to its properties ALUCOBOND is perfectly formable without loss of material or loss of rigidity.
