Cortizo TP52 is the new generation of facades consisting of a basic system with a wide range of mullions and transoms.

The new generation of facades consists of a basic system with a wide range of mullions and transoms offering solutions for all aesthetic and constructive needs of architectural projects through integral solutions. The basic profiles, 16 mm 250 mm for uprights and 22.5 mm 255.5 mm for transoms, as well as the complementary accessories, are the same for all new CORTIZO facades. The wide range of profiles and their mechanical joints allows all types of facades (vertical, sloping, 90º corner, polygonal) and glass modules of large sizes and weights to be made. This type of TP 52 facade is a traditional system, also known as the Stick system. The glass is fixed to the support profile by means of a continuous press profile, screwed on the outside into a bracket built into the mullion or transom. The glass is supported by this profile on all sides, which has separating gaskets to prevent contact between the glass and the metal. The press profile and the support are covered with a cover profile. The thermal bridge together with its large glazing capacity of up to 56 mm, with high glass thickness and energy efficient glazing compositions, gives this new range of facades excellent thermal and acoustic performance. The section seen on the outside matches that on the inside, being 52 mm.
