Description
The ceramic material for cladding ventilated facades is made by extruding clay through an innovative technology that allows baking the clay in a kiln, giving the ceramic tiles unbeatable characteristics in terms of durability and resistance under severe environmental and atmospheric conditions. The extremely variable design for closures and curved surfaces offers unlimited design solutions and possibilities by customizing colors, a diversity of finishes, closures, and panel formats. The mounting system is completely hidden, with fixing done on aluminum substructures in different systems. With a smooth or glazed surface, grooved, ceramic panels are available in a wide variety of colors, mass-colored or with anti-graffiti finishes, available on request.
Ventilated facades made of ceramic tiles are maintenance-free, economical, environmentally friendly, non-combustible, water resistant including salt water, color stable, offer great modularisation and design possibilities. The ventilated ceramic facade system consists of dry mounting on a substructure fixed to the facade of the building, special aluminium mounting profiles forming the load-bearing structure. The intermediate space will provide excellent insulation inside, thus saving heat in winter or ventilation in summer.
